Starting at a point being the intersection of the west city line and the center line of West Front street; thence westerly along the center line of highway South Custer Road so-called to the west line of South Custer Heights subdivision; thence southerly along the west line of South Custer Heights subdivision to its south line; thence easterly along the south line of South Custer Heights to its east line; thence northerly along the east line of said subdivision 601.1 feet to south line of J. White's property; thence easterly along south line of J. White's property 315.4 feet to its east line; thence northerly along the east line of J. White's property 117.2 feet to southwest corner of Conlisk Place; thence easterly along south line of Conlisk Place to the west city line; thence northerly along west city line to the place of beginning.

Also, a parcel of land bounded south by South Custer Rd., west by center line of M-10, north by city line and east by city line.

Also, a parcel of land starting at a point being the intersection of the south city line and LaPlaisance Bay Road; thence southerly along center line of LaPlaisance Bay Road to the intersection with the center line of Kentucky avenue; thence northerly along the center line of Kentucky avenue to the intersection with the south city line; thence westerly along the south city limits to the point of beginning.

The question of the annexation of the above described territory was submitted to the electors at an election held April 4, 1927, and was adopted by the following vote: In the city of Monroe, 994 votes were cast for, and 157 votes were cast against said annexation. In that part of the township of Monroetown proposed to be annexed, 39 votes were cast for, and 34 votes were cast against said annexation.

Also, beginning at a point on the northerly boundary line of the city of Monroe at its intersection with the easterly boundary line of private claim No. 684 and the westerly boundary line of the private claim No. 82; thence in a northerly direction along said westerly boundary line of private claim No. 82 to its intersection with the center of the Dixie Highway, so-called; from thence in a westerly direction along the center line of said Highway to its intersection with the easterly boundary line of private claim No. 64 and the westerly boundary line of private claim No. 96; from thence in a northerly direction along said westerly boundary line of private claim No. 96 to its intersection with the northerly boundary line of said private claim No. 96; from thence in a westerly direction along the northerly boundary lines successively of private claims Nos. 64, 214, 177, 159 and 98 to the east line of private claim No. 731; thence northerly along private claim No. 731 to center line of highway, Cole Road so-called; thence southwesterly along center line of said highway to the intersection with the south line of Hensel Plat; thence easterly along south line of Hensel Plat to west line of Hollywood Drive subdivision extended; thence southerly along west line of Hollywood Drive subdivision extended to the south line of property owned by Adam Poesch, which point is 2550.3 feet northerly from the north city line; thence westerly and parallel to north city line to center line of highway, Cole Road so-called; thence southerly along said highway 485 feet; thence westerly and parallel to north city line to center line of north Monroe street extended; thence northerly along said highway to Stoddard's corners socalled; thence westerly along the center of highway Bluebush Road socalled, to the intersection of the west line of private claim No. 46; thence

line of section 35, to the northerly line of said section 35, thence easterly along the dividing line of sections 35 and 26 to the easterly line of East Urbanrest subdivision, thence northerly along the easterly line of East Urbanrest subdivision to the center of the Nine Mile and One-Half Road (so-called), thence westerly along the center of the Nine and One-Half Mile Road (so-called) to a point 233 feet east of the common quarter post of sections 26 and 27, thence northerly and parallel with the section line between sections 26 and 27, to the northerly line of section 26, said point being 233 feet east of the northwest corner of section 26, thence westerly along the northerly line of sections 26 and 27, to the north quarter corner of section 27, thence southerly along the north and south quarter line of section 27, to the center of section 27, thence westerly along the east and west quarter line of sections 27 and 28 to a point 355 feet west of the center of section 28, thence southerly and parallel with Ridge Road to a point in the center of the Nine Mile Road (so-called) thence continuing southerly and parallel to the center of the Ridge Road to a point distant 125 feet north of Leggett avenue, thence easterly and parallel with the northerly line of Leggett avenue to a point 367 feet west of the easterly line of Leggett Farm subdivision, thence southerly and parallel to said easterly line to the southerly line of Leggett Farm subdivision, thence southerly and distant 367 feet from the center line of said Ridge Road (so-called) to the southerly line of section 33, thence easterly along the southerly line of sections 33, 34 and 35 to the place of beginning, all in township one (1) north of range eleven (11) east, containing approximately 1680 acres of land.

The question of the incorporation of said city was submitted to the electors at a special election held December 21, 1926, and was adopted by the following vote: Whole number of votes cast for and against said incorporation was 1,248, of which 1,181 votes were cast for, and 60 votes were cast against said incorporation. There were seven spoiled ballots.

OAKLAND COUNTY.

In the matter of the annexation of certain territory from Royal Oak township to the city of Ferndale.

Annexed by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Act 279, P. A. 1909, as amended, and consisting of the following described territory, to-wit:

Beginning at the N. W. corner of Leggett Farm subdivision of the W. 1/2 of N. E. 14 of the E. 12 of N. W. 14 of section 33, T. 1 N., R. 11 E., Oakland county, Michigan, said point being on the north line of section 33, N. 87° 50′ W. 1288.30 feet more or less from the north 14 point of section 33; thence easterly along the north line of section 33 to the west limits of the city of Ferndale; thence southerly and easterly and again southerly along the limits of the city of Ferndale to the southern line

of Northfield subdivision; thence westerly along the south line of Northfield subdivision to the north and south 1/4 line of section 33; thence continuing westerly along the south line of the row of lots to the south of and facing on Northend avenue to the center of Westview avenue; thence northerly along the center of Westview avenue and the west line of Leggett Farm subdivision to the north line of section 33, the point of beginning.

The question of annexation of the above described territory was submitted to the electors at a special election held August 15, 1927, and was adopted by the following vote: Whole number of votes cast was 386, and they were given as follows: City and township, 245 votes were cast for, and 10 votes were cast against said annexation. The number of votes cast for said annexation in the territory to be annexed was 127, and 4 votes were cast against it.

OAKLAND COUNTY.

In the matter of the annexation of certain territory to the city of
Pontiac.

Annexed by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Act 279, P. A. 1909, as amended, and consisting of the following described territory, to wit:

Beginning at the 1/4 section corner on the west line of section 19, town 3 north, range 10 east, said corner being the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of said section 19, and said corner being also the northwest corner of the now existing city of Pontiac limits; thence northerly along the west line of the said section 19 to the section corner at the northwest corner of said section 19; thence continuing northerly along the west line of section 18, town 3 north, range 10 east to the section corner at the northwest corner of section 18; thence continuing northerly along the west line of section 7, town 3 north, range 10 east to the quarter section corner at the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 7; thence continuing easterly along the east and west quarter section line of sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 to the quarter section corner at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of section 10, town 3 north, range 10 east; thence southerly along the east line of said section 10, to the section corner at the southeast corner of section 10; thence continuing southerly along the east line of sections 15, 22, 27 and 34 to the section corner at the southeast corner of section 34; thence westerly along the south line of section 34 to the section corner at the northwest corner of section 3, town 2 north, range 10 east, which is also the present easterly city of Pontiac limits on south Boulevard; thence continuing westerly along said south line of section 34 to the section corner at the southwest corner of section 34, said point being also the intersection of East Boulevard and said South Boulevard, thence northerly along the

west line of sections 34 and 27 to the section corner at the northwest corner of section 27, said last named course being along the east line of the now existing city limits; thence continuing northerly from said northwest corner of section 27 along the west line of section 22 to the quarter section corner on the west line of section 22, said last named course being also along the east line of the now existing city of Pontiac limits, said last named corner being the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 22, being also the northeast corner of the now existing city of Pontiac limits; thence running westerly along the east and west quarter section line through sections 21, 20 and 19 to the place of beginning, said last named course being along the north line of the now existing city of Pontiac limits.

The question of the annexation of the above described territory was submitted to the electors at a special election held September 12, 1927, and was adopted by the following vote: In the city and township voting collectively, 1,295 votes were cast for, and 155 votes were cast against said annexation. In the territory to be annexed, 367 votes were cast for, and 224 votes were cast against said annexation.

OAKLAND COUNTY.

In the matter of the annexation of certain territory in Royal Oak township to the city of Royal Oak.

Annexed by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Act 279, P. A. 1909, as amended, and consisting of the following described territory, to wit:

Commencing at the intersection of the center line of Woodward avenue with the north line of section six (6); thence easterly along the north line of section six (6) and section five (5) to the center line of Crook Road, so-called; thence southerly along the center line of Crook Road, so-called, to its intersection with the center line of Normandy Road, socalled; said Normandy Road, so-called, being the quarter line of section four (4); thence along the quarter line of section four (4) easterly, (or the continuation of the quarter line of section four (4) to its intersection with the center line of Main street, so-called; thence southerly along the center line of Main street, so-called, to the east quarter post of section nine (9); thence westerly along the east and west quarter line of sections nine (9) and eight (8) to its intersection with the center line of Woodward avenue, so-called; thence northwesterly along the center line of Woodward avenue, so-called, to point of beginning, all of said territory being in the township of Royal Oak and not in any village or city, but adjacent to the present northerly city limits of the city of Royal Oak, Oakland county, Michigan.

The question of the annexation of the above described territory was submitted to the electors at the primary election held September 14,
