According to the returns, the counties of England will be represented by 70 Reformers, opposed to 6 Antis ; the cities of England, by 42 Reformers and 8 Antis ; the boroughs, not comprised in Schedules (A) and (8) 126 Reformers and 46 Antis; the boroughs to be disfranchised in Schedule (A), by 28 Reformers and 76 Antis; and the boroughs to lose one member in Schedule (B), hy 31 Reformers and 53 Antis; thus leaving a majority of 108 in favour of Reform.
