THIRTEENTH ANNIVERSARY.

THE American Unitarian Association celebrated its thirteenth anniversary on Tuesday evening, May 29, 1838. The members met for the transaction of business, at half past six o'clock, in the Berry Street Vestry, the Rev. Dr. NICHOLS, president, in the chair.

The records of the last annual meeting were read. The Treasurer's Statement of Receipts and Expenditures was then presented, and accepted.
