NUMBERS xxiii. 10.
Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my last end be
THE CHRISTIAN'S CONFIDENCE IN DEATH.
Psalm xxiii. 4.
Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I
will fear no evil
For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in
order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in
every city, as I had appointed thee
And if I gn and prepare a place for you, I will come again
and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God,
And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also
bear the image of the heavenly. For this corruptible must
put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immor-

For lo, the winter is past; the rain is over and gone; the
flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of
birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our
land; the fig-tree putteth forth her green figs, and the
vines with the tender grape give a good smell
