PUBLIC ACTS.

[No. 1.]

AN ACT to repeal act number twenty-nine of the laws of eighteen hundred sixty-nine, being compiler's sections four thousand nine hundred eleven to four thousand nine hundred fifty-three, inclusive, of the Compiled Laws of eighteen hundred ninety-seven, and all acts amendatory thereof, and to provide for the disposition of fees collected and in the hands of the salt inspector under the provisions of said act at the time of the taking effect of this act, and for the filing of a final report.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

SECTION 1. SEC. 2. SEC. 3. The salt inspector holding office at the time of Final report, the taking effect of this act shall, within sixty days there- what to show. after, make a report to the Governor of this State showing receipts and disbursements of his office from the date of the last preceding annual report of the State Salt Inspector, and showing also the final disposition of all moneys in his hands at the time of the taking effect of this act.
