Found this online, while looking for a primary source document for a report on the Chinese Immigration Act.
In it also consists of statements made by Senator John Franklin Miller, a California
senator during that time period. Senator Miller was one of the main proponents of restricting Chinese Immigration and thus helped push the first Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882.
Pretty lengthy document, a lot of superfluous material. I found a few quotes and statements to be useful, but only after sifting away all the high-flounting language they use.
