AN ACT IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 23 OF THE GENERAL Passed FebruaSTATUTES, "OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS."

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. The supreme court, court of common the dockets of pleas, or any single justice of the supreme court, may order any action pending in either of said courts, in which neither party appears to prosecute or defend, to be stricken from the docket of such court without costs and without prejudice to the rights of any party thereto, upon such terms and conditions as the supreme court shall in their discretion prescribe by general rule of court.

SEC. 2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. This act shall take effect from and after its passage.
