NOTICE.

THE original copies of volume one having been exhausted, the Standing Committee of the Portland Meeting authorized the Permanent Secretary to reprint the volume. This reprint is very nearly a fac-simile of the original volume in style, and particular care has been used to keep the matter on each page the same so that the reprint may be quoted the same as the original. The only change made consists in making the corrections in the text that were noted on the errata of the original edition.
