AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF TWO YEARS SUPPLY OF CROTON WATER FURNISHED TO THE STATE PRISON AT SING SING BY THE CORPORATIONOF THE CITY OF NEW YORK. The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows: The Comptroller shall pay to the Registrar of the Croton Aqueduct Department seven thousand seven hundred and twenty-eight dollars and thirty cents, in full, for two years supply of Croton water furnished to the State Prison at Sing Sing, from the first day of May, eighteen hundred and fifty-seven, and to be furnished until the first day of May, eighteen hundred and fifty-nine. This act shall take effect immediately. |
