To legalize certain actions of the Board of Supervisors, in rela-

tion to the payment of moneys to David A. Fowler.
To continue the commission appointed to secure the more per-

fect establishment, government, regulation and economy of

common schools in the city of New York.
To extend the charter of the Firemen of the city of New York.

In relation to the New York, the Northern, and other Dispensa-

ries of the city.

In relation to the New York Juvenile Asylum.

To incorporate the New York Pure Milk Company.
To amend an act to establish regulations for the port of New

York."

To legalize the resolutions passed by the Board of Snpervisors of

the county of New York, directing the Comptroller to draw
his warrant in favor of Edward Timson and Henry Schnorr.

To amend an act entitled “ An act to alter the map or plan of the

city, known as Manhattanville "

To regulate the use of wharves and slips leased to certain steam-

boat lines.
In relation to the appointment of Police Justices' Clerks and their

duties.
To enable the Supervisors of the city and county of New York

to raise money by tax.
To amend an act entitled “An act to extend the jurisdiction of

the Courts of General and Special Sessions of the Peace.”
In relation to the jurisdiction of the Marine and District Courts,

relative to proceedings in certain actions therein.
In relation to frauds in assessments for local improvements in the

city of New York.
To provide for the appointment of a Clerk and Deputy of the

Court of Special Sessions, and in relation to the Justices of

said courts.
To declare the legality of the use of certain floating docks, for

the purpose of repair, coppering or finishing of ships and
vessels.

In relation to the City Hall in the city of New York.

To authorize the Board of Supervisors to audit and allow certain

claims against the city and county of New York.”
