An Act providing for certain Buoys, to be plac ed in and near the Harbour of Boston.

Sec. I. E it enacted by the Senate and House of Reprefentatives of the United

States of America, in Congress affembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be authorized be placed and directed, to cause to be placed in and near the harbour of Boston, in the ftate of Maffachusetts, upon fuch rocks, ledges, or fhoals, as the fecurity of navigation there moft requires to be diftinguished, not exceeding fix larger, and ten fmaller buoys, whereof the whole expense fhall not exceed one thoufand fix hundred dollars.
