i No elephants can be shipped for export without the production of a permit for their removal from the district in which they have been captured.
2 An additional export duty, at the rate of 30 cents per 100 pounds, is also levied on tea.
3 Royalty on the produce of Crown lands.
4 Fee payable upon the registration of diamonds for exportation.
5 No export duty is levied on groundnuts imported from places beyond the seas and reexported within twelve months from the date of importation.
