ledge of him.
by all sorts of Christians, that the
height of happiness confifteth in coming to know and enjoy eternal life ; what is it in the sense and judgment of Christ?
A. This is life eternal, that they might John know thee the only true God, and Jesus '7• 3. Christ whom thou hast fent.
Q. How doth God reveal this knowledge ?
À. For God, who commanded the light 2 Cor. to shine out of darkness, hath shined in 4. 6. our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God, in the face of Jesus Christ. Q. How many Gods are there?
A. One God.
We know that an idol is nothing in the 8.4.6. world, and that there is none other God
but one. But to us there is but one God.
