A bill to provide for the protection of trout in the AuSable river and its tributaries, to provide for the Game and Fish Warden of this State, and his deputies, to have authority within their several jurisdictions and to repeal all acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act.

A bill to amend section 22 of chapter 7 of Act No. 326 of the Local Acts of 1883, entitled "An act to provide a charter for the city of Detroit and to repeal all acts and parts of acts in conflict therewith," approved June 7, 1883, as last amended by Act No. 462 of the Local Acts of 1899, approved June 23, 1899; relative to compensation of the members of the board of aldermen of said city of Detroit.

The bill was read a first and second time by its title, ordered printed, and referred to the Committee on Cities and Villages.
