THOMAS E. CROWLEY, JD, is an attorney and Chairperson of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution/Arbitration of the American Bar Association and a well-known writer and speaker on alternatives to litigation.
