CHAPTER 46.

AMENDMENT

OF SECTION 49 OF CHAPTER 6 OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 33 OF SAID RULES.

[Adopted May 1, 1893.]

SECTION 49 of chapter 6 of the rules and regulations of the board of aldermen as amended by chapter 33 of said rules is amended so as to read as follows, viz. :

49. The compensation of the sanitary inspector appointed by the superintendent of health with the approval of the board of aldermen shall be twelve hundred dollars per annum, payable monthly.
