AN ACT to make appropriations for the Michigan soldiers' home for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred twenty-eight, for new buildings, improvements and repairs to buildings, new equipment for power house, equipment for refrigeration, water mains, and painting buildings.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general Amounts fund for the Michigan soldiers' home for the fiscal year ending purposes. June thirtieth, nineteen hundred twenty-eight, the sum of one hundred ninety-four thousand one hundred seventy-eight dollars and no cents, for the purposes and in the specific amounts as follows:

Improvements for women's building.
Improvements for Co. D building.
Repairs employees' dormitory.
Repairs bungalow store.

Each of said amounts shall be used solely for the specific purposes herein stated, subject to the general supervisory control of the state administrative board.

SEC. 2. The state administrative board shall determine the Expendtimes when and the amounts thereof which the condition of the itures. general fund of the state will warrant making expenditures therefrom against the appropriation herein authorized.

SEC. 3. All fees or other moneys received by said Michigan soldiers' home shall be forwarded to the state treasurer each month and shall be by said treasurer deposited in the state treasury to be disbursed in such manner and for such purposes as may be provided by law.

SEC. 4. Upon the orders of the state administrative board the auditor general shall issue his warrants upon the state treasurer for such sums as shall be allowed by said board, not exceeding in all the appropriations authorized in this bill. The People of the State of Michigan enact:

There is hereby appropriated from the general fund for the department of state for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred twenty-eight, the sum of three hundred sixty-four thousand nine hundred dollars, and for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred twenty-nine, the sum of three hundred twenty-five thousand nine hundred dollars, for the purposes and in the specific amounts as follows:

Each of said amounts shall be used solely for the specific purposes herein stated.

The amounts hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the state treasury at such times and in such manner as is or may be provided by law.
