AN ACT to repeal certain obsolete and inoperative laws.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

SECTION 1. Section three of act number three hundred five Acts repealed. of the public acts of nineteen hundred fifteen, entitled "An act to prescribe the duties of the secretary of the senate and the clerk of the house of representatives during the interim of sessions of the legislature, to fix their compensation, and to make an appropriation therefor", being section nineteen of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number one hundred seventy-seven of the public acts of eighteen hundred seventy-three, entitled "An act to provide for the collection and printing of the laws of the territory of Michigan", being sections seventy and seventy-one of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number two hundred forty-seven of the public acts of nineteen hundred thirteen, entitled "An act to provide for the collection, compilation and reprinting of the general laws of this state, together with a digest of the decisions of the supreme court in relation thereto, to provide an appropriation therefor, and for the repeal of obsolete laws", being sections seventy-two to seventy-seven inclusive of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Section one of chapter twelve of the revised statutes of eighteen hundred forty-six, relative to the salary of the gov ernor, being section eighty-four of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Section one of act number two hundred forty-two of the public acts of eighteen hundred ninety-seven, entitled "An act to authorize the secretary of state to charge fees in certain cases, to prescribe the amount of said fees, to provide for their transfer to the state treasury, and to repeal all acts and parts of acts contravening the provisions of this act", being section ninety-nine of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number two hundred fifty of the public acts of eighteen hundred eighty-seven, entitled "An act to fix the salary of the private secretary of the auditor general", being sections one hundred twenty-six and one hundred twenty-seven of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Section thirty-five of chapter twelve of the revised statutes of eighteen hundred forty-six, relative to the salary of the attorney general, being section one hundred thirty-nine of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number two hundred ninety-seven of the public acts of nineteen hundred seven, entitled "An act to fix the salary of the chief law clerk in the attorney general's department", being section one hundred forty-seven of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number two hundred thirty-four of the public acts of eighteen hundred eighty-nine, entitled "An act to fix the salaries of the governor and certain employes in the state and executive departments, and to make an appropriation therefor", being section one hundred ninety-eight of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number one hundred seventy-three of the public acts of eighteen hundred seventy-one, entitled "An act to provide for the payment of the salaries of the state officers", being sections one hundred ninety-nine to two hundred one, inclusive, of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number two hundred thirty-five of the public acts of eighteen hundred eighty-nine, entitled "An act to provide for the payment of the salaries of certain state officers", being section two hundred two of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number two hundred seven of the public acts of nineteen hundred one, entitled "An act to fix the salary of the chief of the division of vital statistics in the department of state", being section two hundred three of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number two hundred thirty-eight of the public acts of nineteen hundred nine, entitled "An act to fix the salary of the chief of the corporation division of the department of state," being section two hundred four of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number one hundred sixty-one of the public acts of eighteen hundred ninety-nine, entitled "An act to provide for the payment of salaries to certain employes in the department of the attorney general and the auditor general of the state", being section two hundred five of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number one hundred ninety-five of the public acts of nineteen hundred nine, entitled "An act to provide for grading certain clerical positions in the several departments of the state government; to regulate the compensation of department clerks, and to repeal all acts or parts of acts contravening the provisions of this act", being sections two hundred six to two hundred nine, inclusive, of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number twenty of the public acts of eighteen hundred forty-two, entitled "An act to provide for the withdrawal of treasury notes, and for other purposes", section two thereof being section two hundred seventy-six of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number sixty-eight of the public acts of eighteen hundred forty-two, entitled "An act to provide for the collection of certain assets transferred to the state, and for other purposes", being sections two hundred seventy-nine to two hundred eighty-one, inclusive, of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number eighty-eight of the public acts of nineteen hundred one, entitled "An act to provide for the improvement of the Mackinac Island state park, and to reimburse the general fund of the state for moneys expended for that purpose", being sections three hundred eighty to three hundred eighty-three, inclusive, of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number one hundred twenty-three of the public acts of eighteen hundred sixty-one, entitled "An act to provide for selecting and locating the unselected deficiency existing in the quantity of lands due to the state of Michigan under the act of congress, approved May twentieth, eighteen hundred twenty-six, and for any other land grant made by act of congress to this state", being section four hundred seven, compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number thirty-seven of the public acts of eighteen hundred forty-eight, entitled "An act to provide for recording the evidences of the approval by the general government of the selections of lands made by this state under act of congress, and for other purposes", being sections four hundred eight and four hundred nine, compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number eighty-seven of the public acts of eighteen hundred seventy-three, entitled "An act to provide for recording certain evidence concerning titles to land", being section four hundred ten, compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number twelve of the public acts of eighteen hundred forty-three, entitled "An act for the better security of the titles of lands belonging to the state", being sections four hundred eleven to four hundred sixteen, inclusive, compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Sections one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, nine, ten, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen and seventeen of chapter fifty-nine of the revised statutes of eighteen hundred forty-six relative to the state land office and officers connected there with, being sections four hundred twenty-three to four hun dred twenty-seven, inclusive, compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;

Act number two hundred fourteen of the public acts of eighteen hundred fifty, entitled "An act to amend an act to provide for the removal of the state land office to the seat of government and to revive certain laws relative to the same", being sections four hundred thirty-one to four hundred thirtytwo, inclusive, compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen.

Section seven of act number two hundred eighty of the public acts of nineteen hundred nine, entitled "An act to create a commission to be known as a public domain commission; to provide for the appointment of such a commission and to fix their terms of office; to prescribe their powers and duties; to make an appropriation to carry out the provisions of this act; and to repeal all acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith", being section four hundred fifty-one, compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen;
