Sir I hereby certify that the cash balance charged the State Treasurer as being in his hands at the close of business, June 30, 1927, was Twenty-four Million, Eight Hundred Forty-six Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Sixty-four Cents ($24,846,315.64), as appears by the books of this department.
