The association pennant, adopted at the Buffalo convention, held January 6, 7 and 8, 1891, must be of uniform size and color, as follows: Length six feet; width, three feet six inches, and tapering to one foot six inches, with an eighteeninch swallow-tail; to be made of red bunting, the figures to be white, one foot in length. The number of policy to be on pennant.

The pennant can be made any size by giving it the same proportions as above.

Note: The Grand President requests all members to fly the pennant on their vessels.
