lowest part : kun ihan keya, John viii. 23. I-han'-kton-way, n. p. the name of one of the

divisions of the Dakota people. They roam over the prairies chiefly on the north-east side of the

Missouri river, and number about 4,000. I-han'-kton-wan-na, n. p. another family or

grand division of the Dakotas. Perhaps originally these two were one band, but now they are distinct. These names signify those who have
