At the Craig Colony for Epileptics at Sonyea, the expenditure for fuel and light increased from $29,037.29 to $50,879.14, an increase of $21,841.85. The per capita expenditure increased from $22.80 to $38.24, an increase of $15.44. The expenditure for the graded sizes of coal purchased under Chapter 17, Laws of 1910, was $24,693.99 and the institution estimates the value of coal on hand October 1, 1910, to be $21,457.86.

At the Syracuse State Institution for Feeble-Minded Children, the expenditure for fuel and light increased from $16,230.89 to $16,507.37, an increase of $276.48. The per capita expenditure decreased from $31.35 to $31.11, a decrease of 24 cents. The expenditure for the graded sizes of anthracite coal purchased under Chapter 17, Laws of 1910, was $3,612.80, and the institution estimates the value of coal October 1, 1910, to be $708.45.

At the New York State Hospital for the Care of Crippled and Deformed Children at West Haverstraw, the expenditure for fuel and light increased from $1,139.66 to $1,274.75, an increase of $135.09. The per capita increased from $24.60 to $26.57, an increase of $1.97. No coal was purchased under Chapter 17, Laws of 1910.

HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL.

At the Western House of Refuge for Women at Albion, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies decreased from $439.69 to $429.85, a decrease of $9.84. The per capita expenditure increased from $1.91 to $1.94, an increase of 3 cents.

At the New York State School for the Blind at Batavia, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies increased from $175.27 to $246.83, an increase of $71.56. The per capita expenditure increased from $1.73 to $2.48, an increase of 75 cents.

At the New York State Soldiers and Sailors' Home at Bath, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies decreased from $4,105.56 to $3,789.00, a decrease of $316.56. The per capita expenditure decreased from $2.22 to $2.13, a decrease of 9 cents.

At the New York State Reformatory for Women at Bedford, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies increased from

$434.14 to $434.65, an increase of 51 cents. The per capita expenditure decreased from $1.42 to $1.35, a decrease of 7 cents.

At the New York State Reformatory at Elmira the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies increased from $1,585.42 to $1,812.02, an increase of $226.60. The per capita expenditure increased from $1.04 to $1.43, an increase of 39 cents.

At the New York State Training School for Girls at Hudson the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies increased from $632.30 to $909.28, an increase of $276.98. The per capita expenditure increased from $2.13 to $2.71, an increase of 58 cents.

At the State Agricultural and Industrial School at Industry the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies increased from $648.02 to $1,239.59, an increase of $591.57. The per capita expenditure increased from $1.07 to $2.06, an increase of 99 cents.

At the Thomas Indian School at Iroquois, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies increased from $82.85 to $104.22, an increase of $21.37. The per capita expenditure increased from 59 to 73 cents, an increase of 14 cents.

At the Eastern New York Reformatory at Napanoch, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies decreased from $550.73 to $179.76, a decrease of $70.97. The per capita expenditure decreased from $1.23 to $1.14, a decrease of 9 cents.

At the New York State Custodial Asylum for Feeble-Minded Women at Newark, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies increased from $961.64 to $1,137.64, an increase of $176. The per capita expenditure increased from $1.27 to $1.44, an increase of 17 cents.

At the New York State Woman's Relief Corps Home at Oxford, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies increased from $632.30 to $698.68, an increase of $66.38. The per capita expenditure increased from $3.42 to $3.83, an increase of 41

cents.

At the New York House of Refuge at Randall's Island, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies decreased from $567.12 to $554.65, a decrease of $12.47. The per capita expenditure increased from 83 cents to $1.10, an increase of 27

cents.

At the New York State Hospital for the Treatment of Incipient Pulmonary Tuberculoisis at Ray Brook, the expenditure for hos

pital and medical supplies decreased from $3,055.87 to $2,968.14, a decrease of $87.73. The per capita expenditure increased froin $18.40 to $18.72, an increase of 32 cents.

At the Rome State Custodial Asylum, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies decreased from $1,582.21 to $1,203.18, a decrease of $379.03. The per capita expenditure decreased from $1.57 to $1.13, a decrease of 44 cents.

At the Craig Colony for Epileptics at Sonyea, the expenditure for hospital and medical supplies decreased from $3,174.60 to $2,859.57, a decrease of $315.03. The per capita expenditure decreased from $2.49 to $2.15, a decrease of 34 cents.

At the New York State School for the Blind at Batavia, the expenditure for shop, farm and garden, increased from $1,293.60 to $2,253.54, an increase of $959.94. The per capita expenditure increased from $12.74 to $22.66, an increase of $9.92.

At the New York State Soldiers' and Sailors' Home at Bath, the expenditure increased from $8,996.13 to $12,236.49, an increase of $3,240.36. The per capita expenditure increased from $4.85 to $6.89, an increase of $2.04.

At the New York State Reformatory for Women at Bedford, the expenditure decreased from $1,855.62 to $1,854.80, a decrease of 82 cents. The per capita expenditure decreased from $6.06 to $5.76, a decrease of 30 cents.
