Dinner: Bread, butter, boiled ham, boiled potatoes, cabbage, tea, milk and sugar, boiled rice. Supper: Bread, butter, sliced ham, creamed potatoes, tea, milk and sugar, rolls, cookies.

Thursday. Breakfast: Coffee with milk and sugar, bread, apple sauce with sugar. Dinner: Bread, corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, radishes. Supper: Bread, milk, barley and syrup.

Friday. Breakfast: Coffee with milk and sugar, hominy with milk and sugar, bread. Dinner: Bread, scrambled eggs, butter, potatoes. Supper: Bread, milk, pea soup.
