THERE are many to whom the mode of thought and expressions made use of in the Book of Common Prayer are dear, and associated with all their spiritual experiences and utterances. For these has this book of Family Prayer been written, on the lines of our incomparable Liturgy. There is also a Table of Psalms and Lessons, together with a Collect for every day in the year. May He, in whose name and for whose glory this volume has been written, make it a blessing to many.
