RESOLUTIONS INTRODUCED.

Resolved, That the portions of the message of his excellency, the governor, as relates to the state finances and state banks, be referred to the committee on Finance, Banks and Insurance.

The portions of said message which refer to education, the university of Wisconsin. the state historical society, normal schools, the school for feeble minded and the state superintendent, be referred to the committee on Education. The portions which refer to the state prison be referred to the committee on Charitable and Penal Institutions.

The portions which refer to agriculture, dairy interests, and the development of agricultural resources, be referred to the committee on Agriculture.

The portion referring to the national guard be referred to the committee on Military Affairs.

The portions referring to the enforcement of sundry laws, the roster law, municipal government, and the state board of control be referred to the committee on State Affairs.

The portions referring to the report of legislation commission, judicial reapportionment, and an apportionment commission, be referred to the committee on Judiciary. The portions referring to dairy interests be referred to the joint committee on Dairy and Food Products.

The portion referring to the relations of labor and capital and the enforcement of sundry regulations be referred to the committee on Manufactures and Commerce. The portion referring to the soldier and student vote be referred to the committee on Privileges and Elections.
