Sec. 2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. SEC. 3. This act shall take effect from and after its passage.
AN ACT GIVING THE HARBOR COMMISSIONERS JURISDICTION OVER
PRUDENCE ISLAND WATERS, BEING AN ACT IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 118 OF THE GENERAL LAWS, ENTITLED “OF THE PROTECTION OF NAVIGATION.”

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. The waters immediately bordering on Prudence Island, extending to ship channel, and the harbor therein, are hereby placed under the control of the harbor commissioners as under section eight to sixteen inclusive, of Chapter 118 of the General Laws.
SEC. 2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. SEC. 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
