DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that the foregoing are the proofs for final hearing taken before me in the

above-entitled cause on the part of the Complainant 1207 under and pursuant to the 67th Rule of the Supreme Court of the United States as amended.

I DO FURTHER CERTIFY, that I am not of Counsel nor Attorney for either of the parties, nor in anywise interested in the event of the said cause.
