I used this book in a research paper that focused on improving memory. It introduces the techniques of Linking, Substitute Words, Phonetic Alphabet, and Peg Words. It then extrapolates these methods of memorization and makes them applicable to systems involving cards, acquaintences, numbers, phone numbers, to-do lists, ets. Each technique was almost completely covered, and each was fairly easy to learn and apply.
