All work will be performed in accordance with the terms of the contract documents, specifications, drawings and revisions which include the follow.ng:

a)

General contract provisions and Std. Specifications dated
April 0, 1973 Pages 1 thru 540.

b) Special contract provisions and Special Specifications,
Pages 1 thru 924.

c) Addendum #1, 2,,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12

d) Contract Drawings sheets 1 ru 149 plus amplifying drawings

These documents are hereby made a part of this agreement as fully as if hereto attached and hereby repeated in full..

SCHEDULE "B"

A. The subcontractor shall not commence the work under this contract until he has provided satisfactory evidence of his compliance with the insurance requirements in the form of certificates of insurance sub mitted to the contractor.

B. The obligation of the Contractor to indemnify and save harmless the City, the authority, the State and the Government as herein set forth is absolute and not dependent upon any question of negligence on the part of the subcontractor, the Crty or the Authority or the State or Government, their agents, servants or employees. The approv by the Engineer of the methods of doing the work or the failure of the Engineer to call attention to improper or inadequate methods or to require a change in methods or to direct the Subcontractor to take any particular precautions or the refrain from doing any particular thing shall not excuse the Subcontractor in case of any such injury to pers or damage to property.

C. The obligation of the Subcontractor to indemnify and save harmless the City, the Authority, the State and the Government shall also apply to loss and liability upon any and all claims on account of injuries to persons (including death) or damage to property, arising out of th operation or parking of any motor vehicle (whether owned by the subcontractor, their respective employees or by someone on their behalf) or while such motor vehicle is at a standstill on City or Authority property whether or not at the site of the work, irrespective of whether it shall have been due to negligence of the subcontractor, the City, the Authority, the State, the Government or their respective agents, servants or employees or of the operator of the motor vehicle D. The Subcontractor must provide evidence in the form of a satisfact insurance certificate that he has coverage for the payment of Workmen Compensation benefits under the Women's Compensation Law of the Sta of New York.

E. The Subcontractor shall take out and maintain during the life of this contract a liability insurance policy or policies and renewals thereof, issued by an insurance company or companies thorized to business in this state and approved by the Authority and in form satisfactory to the State and the Government, insuring the Subcontra at all times during the life of this contract against loss by reason of his contraal 1 bility under this Article with limits of $1,000 $5,000,000 for injures to persons (including death) and $1,000,000/ $5,000,000 for damage to property.
