MBE Subcontractor to Schiavone Construction Co,

Dear Mr. Anderson:

Pursuant to your request we are forwarding the documentati which you stated was required in order to pursue the investigation of our complaints and non-payment on contra C-20918, T-37032, C-20709 and C-20710.

In addition to the detailed financial data proviously (our invoices and accounts payable ledgers) var Re copy of Schiavone's Sub-Contractor's Estimate. This will useful in comparing your internal paperwork on payments Schiavone to those not paid to Duncanson Electric as the Subcontractor. You will see with clear identification the backcharges were indiscriminately applied at Schiavone's Please note that this information is in your files and wad previously forwarded at the request of Mr. Bunn (10/23/85) Please consider the following as the detailed statement requested:

Details of liens filed against Schievene were
registered with NYCTA as owner, and the receipt
stamp will indicate that they are already in

claim have been submitted to your office through

We trust this additional paperwork will be helpful to you in expediting your investigation. However, monitoring of proje when MBE contractors make complaints is absolutely necessary your office on an ongoing basis. We started this work in January 1980, and began to suffer abuses in 1981. Your recor will reflect a history of our complaints dating back to that time. The hardships we have suffered as a "protected class" should never have gone to this extent. We anxiously await yo notification of the meeting you are arranging.
