Dear Mr. Anderson:

Pursuant to your request we are forwarding the documentati which you stated was required in order to pursue the investigation of our complaints and non-payment on contra C-20918, T-37032, C-20709 and C-20710.

Your recor will reflect a history of our complaints dating back to that time. The hardships we have suffered as a "protected class" should never have gone to this extent.
