Página 84 - Special meetings may be called by the President on request of three members of the Council, or on the written request of ten members of the Society. Fifteen shall form a quorum. SECTION 3. The Council shall meet from time to time as it sees fit, and hold its annual meeting immediately after the adjournment of the annual meeting of the Society.
