What can I say? I loved Shakespeare even before I could read and what I love most about Shakespeare doesn't have to do with intellect. Those words enter even in sleep and percolate and brim then spill into all, shifting perhaps to that right side full of the tatile or that connection to other and all. Shakespeare expands with an embrace full of passions, humor, beauty, complexities, frailities, silliness, words that work with double, triple meaning. Shakespeare heard when I was tiny; read when I was young and still read or seen or heard always--part of the everyday.
